Advanced Placement (AP) courses are designed for high schoolers to have an opportunity to satisfy their course requirements while potentially also gaining college credit. These intensive courses contain university-level material and are usually graded in two distinct ways: teachers using a regular “A-F” scale throughout the school year, and the College Board’s official AP Exams graded on a scale of 1-5 (with a score of 3+ considered passing). The grades given by teachers have bearing on a student’s GPA, whereas the exam scores determine whether or not the student will receive college credit for the course (rules vary by school).
Instructors at Prepscore have all received a score of 4 or better on the exams they teach and continually study these subjects to stay fresh on the material. Our track record shows that students are able to gain a significantly higher level of understanding of the information in their course when they regularly meet with our expert instructors, which places them in a much better position to start earning college credits early.
We can prep for the following AP Exams:
Biology, Calculus AB, Calculus BC, English Language and Composition, English Literature and Composition, Environmental Science, European History, Human Geography, Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, Physics 1: Algebra-Based, Physics 2: Algebra-Based, Physics C: Electricity and Magnetism, Physics C: Mechanics, Psychology, Statistics, and World History.
